Shipping policy

Thank you for purchasing from our store.

1. Unknown motive Ltd. will aim to ship any stocked products within a maximum of 10 days from the date of purchase. Delivery then may take up to 5 working days (UK). We do NOT offer shipping outside of the UK at this moment in time.

2. If your order has not been received within 15 working days , please get in touch with us via the contact tab on the main homepage. we will then update you on the status of your order.

3. Unknown motive Ltd. accepts no responsibility for shipping delays caused by industrial action, and/or any circumstances that are out of our control. 

4. Please be patient as sometimes we have delays from our suppliers and/or our delivery service. We apologies for any delays as we understand this can be an inconvenience.
