Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing products from us at Unknown Motive 

In order for an eligible refund , you must return the product within 30 calendar days from your purchase date. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it in : Original sealed packaging and undamaged in any way. 

After we receive your item, the product will be inspected. Should it be in a condition we deem to be acceptable, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. This refund could take up to 10 working days for any payment method.

If the product is damaged in any way , or you have requested the refund after the 30 day refund period has passed , you will not be eligible for a refund. 

if you received the product in a damaged condition, then please send us photographs of the damage as soon as you receive the product. Any damages caused after you received the product won’t be eligible for a refund.
